Performance that makes all the difference
-31%
heat loss compared with a standard all-electric mobile home
A white roof with an overhang and insulation with a high thermal resistance coefficient stand up to the heat and cold of winter. To maintain an interior temperature of 19°C when it's -5°C outside, Hatha consumes 2,040 Watts, 31% less than a standard O'HARA mobile home. The tunnel windows are fitted with 4-season glazing to reduce the risk of overheating on hot summer days and to provide thermal insulation to prevent heat loss through the glazing in winter.
-72.3%
electricity consumption
Equipped as standard with an electric water heater and an air-to-air heat pump, Hatha by O'HARA can be used whatever the season or region. Consumption is even reduced by 79.5% with the thermodynamic water-heater option.
÷4
greenhouse gas emissions
Since tourism accounts for 11% of greenhouse gas emissions in France*, the HPA sector is no exception to the carbon footprint exercise, and Hatha divides greenhouse gas emissions during the accommodation use phase by 4 compared with a standard mobile home.

Our advice for optimum use
Locate your mobile home near tall trees
You'll benefit from natural shade, which helps to keep the mobile home cool and prevents overheating in summer. Protect it from the low-angled sun to the east and west by installing hedges or, failing that, solar film on exposed windows.
Face the main openings south
You'll benefit from the sun's rays during the colder months, reducing your heating needs. And to avoid overheating in summer, when the sun is at its zenith, a pergola over the windows will filter direct rays while letting in light.
Ventilate at night
Encourage holidaymakers to cool the inside of the mobile home naturally at night, by adding blackout blinds and mosquito nets, to ensure optimum comfort when sleeping with the window open.
